PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days.
Once processed, your order will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during collection launches, holidays, or other peak seasons.

Important: Once an order is placed, the shipping address or method cannot be changed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS (USA & INTERNATIONAL)

Flat Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $5.50 applies to all orders.
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping both within the United States and internationally.
Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days for U.S. orders after leaving our New York distribution center.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Orders will automatically be upgraded to air delivery at checkout.

Please Note:

Orders cannot be combined into a single shipment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
